The programs we aim to start are as follows:

1. A reading incentive program, where parents will receive help with groceries, diapers, and other basic needs through reading daily to their children.

2. Teen mothers-to-be will receive book baskets, literature about reading to their newborns, and applications for library cards.

3. A parent education program about the benefits of reading.
